Traditional Bagels, Breakfast & lunch in North Bondi
This is where it started. We opened our doors on Blair Street in 2019 - a small hole in the wall with big plans and even bigger bagels. Today, just a few doors down, Bondi is still the heart of Lox in a Box. Our Polish bagels are fresh every morning, we cure our own salmon, can our own beverages in house and pour proper coffee from open till close. With a walk in deli and bottle shop, fill your basket and take our provisions home for later.
Whether you're heading down to Bondi Beach or just finishing a swim - we're the deli on Blair Street that'll sort you out.

DELI GOODS
Bondi locals adore our one-stop deli shop. A walk in deli grocer and bottle shop to browse our fresh bagels, challah, babka, schmears and dips. Stock up on lox, herb schmear, egg mayo, tuna salad, bagel chips, merch and round it out with a bottle of wine.
CLASSIC LOX BAGEL
It’s our namesake for a reason. Our lox is cured in-house and crusted with our signature peppery pastrami rub. Traditional and served for generations our classic lox bagel is layered with schmear, tomato, capers and red onion.
LINNY’S COOKIES
A sweet treat from Grandma Linny’s recipe book. Soft centred loaded cookies that are made fresh in house. We would even dare to say this is the best cookie in Bondi.

AFTER HOURS
Bagels by day, burgers by night - Thursday to Sunday, from 5pm. Smash burgers, hot wings, chicken tenders - same store, different mood. Runs through to 8pm.WE DO CATERING

Bondi is walk-up only - it's our original home with plenty of seating inside and out. While the wait moves pretty fast there is always the option to grab your bagel takeaway and sit in the park across the street or take it to the beach.

There's street parking on Blair Street and the streets around it. Weekend mornings get tight - if you're coming for Saturday brunch, leave yourself a little extra time, or just walk down from the beach.

Most of your favourite bagel filling but in a bun! Think smash burgers, wings, chicken tenders, sides. It's our alter-ego after hours. Thursday to Sunday, 3pm to 8pm, Bondi store only.

Absolutely. Any bagel from our range can be served on a gluten free bagel — just ask our friendly team in store or select the gluten free option when ordering online. We also offer generous salads and sweets with gluten free options available.
