Our fourth store, and our biggest yet. Paddington is where our production kitchen and bakery lives. We make all our deli provisions right here in house that create our fresh Polish bagels at every Lox in a Box in Sydney. It's also where we pour coffee, serve breakfast and lunch, and put on a bit more of a show. Right on Oxford Street, steps from Five Ways — come in before the Paddington Markets, after a walk through Centennial Park, or just because.

HOUSE MADE LOX
Our namesake for a reason and the hero of our classic lox bagel. We use sustainably raised Ōra King salmon from New Zealand. Our lox is cured in-house and crusted with our signature peppery pastrami rub.
HAND BRAIDED BABKA
Hand braided by Hila’s hands, the way it has been for generations. Our babka loaf is a sweet deli staple, loved by our Paddington locals. Choose between chocolate & halva babka or cinnamon & walnut babka.
LINNY’S COOKIES
A sweet treat from Grandma Linny’s recipe book. Soft centred loaded cookies that are made fresh in house. We would even dare to say this is the best cookie in Paddington.

We don't take bookings - it's walk-up, the way all our stores run. There's seating inside and room at the counter, so you'll find a spot. And if not, a takeaway bagel is never a bad backup plan.

Oxford Street has metered street parking and the surrounding streets get easier the further off the strip you walk. Buses run frequently along Oxford St if you're coming from the CBD or eastern suburbs. With the 440 bus stopping right on our doorstep.

This is the biggest Lox in a Box location - the same full menu and full deli range but with the production kitchen on-site. Same family, same recipes, just more of it on display for you to see.

Absolutely. Any bagel from our range can be served on a gluten free bagel — just ask our friendly team in store or select the gluten free option when ordering online. We also offer generous salads and sweets with gluten free options available.
